Confirm a chaser’s contact. When the OTA bot relays a DE message to you, answer it with @callsign QSL and the QSO is logged, scored, and relayed back to the chaser.

callsign: The chaser you are confirming. Any SSID form of their callsign works.
message: Free text relayed back to the chaser with the QSL. optional

Available to: Hosts with an op on the air, via RF, from the op's station. Self-limiting, so no command rate limit.
Rate limit: No command rate limit (self-limiting)
